PT.INDOMARCO ADI PRIMA is Distribution Division of INDOFOOD

We distribute majority of Indofood products, and also third party products. We deliver consumer goods from major modern chain store to traditional market. We operate in 25 branches nationwide, with more than 1100 stock points, serving  300.000 outlets of major store to wet market.

As a MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT) we will ensure you to GROW, not only TECHNICALLY RICH OF KNOWLEDGE in distribution industry, to prepare you as  our FUTURE LEADER after two years of development program.

Our development Program are differentiated into 3 areas :

FOR THOSE WHO LOVE TO INTERACT WITH PEOPLE, & ALWAYS WANT CHALLENGING TARGET

1.MT-SALES OPERATION (SO)

• Male , single, not more than 25 years old
• S1 Fresh Graduate any dicipline, GPA min 2.90
• OR having max 1 years work experience in related field
• Good analythical thinking, High motivation & initiative
• Good sense of business, Leadership, Interpersonal & communication skill
• Willing to be placed in any area of Indonesia

FOR THOSE WHO LOVE TO WORK AT THE OFFICE & HAVE PASSION TO KNOW AND LEARN MANY THINGS

2.MT-FINANCE & ACCOUNTING (FA)

• Male, single, not more than 25 years old
• S1 Fresh Graduate from Accounting With GPA min 3.00
• Or having max 1 years  work experinence in Accounting audit
• Good analythical thinking, high motivation initiative
• Good leadership , Interpersonal & communication skill
• Willing to be placed in any area of Indonesia

FOR THOSE WHO LOVE TO COORDINATE PLANNING & MANGING PEOPLE AND SUPPLY CHAIN

3.MT-LOGISTIC (LOG)

• Male, single, not more 25 years old
• S1 Fresh graduate in engineering or related with GPA min 2.90
• Or having max.1 year work experience in related field
• Good analytical thinking, high motivation & initiative
• Good leadership, interpersonal & comunication skill
• Willing to be placed any area of Indonesia
